Who we are

Helping Hands for Puerto Rico is a non-partisan, non-profit organization formed by elected officials, faith leaders, members of the judiciary, health-care and military community in Orange County, NY, after two powerful Hurricanes, Irma and Maria, devastated Puerto Rico.

Ensuring Puerto Rico's youth is equipped with an education that creates more opportunities on the island.

Our Mission

To work with leaders of the Continental United States and Puerto Rico educate the next generation of leaders and build a prosperous Puerto Rican economy.
